PET POLICY:
A pet may be allowed in certain properties.
The following requirements are necessary for approval:
1) Pet must have good references from current landlord,
2) Pet must be under weight restriction specific to property,
3) You will be charged a pet rental rate of $25 more per month.
4) You will be charged a one time non-refundable pet fee of $200.

Osawatomie is located 30 miles south of Olathe on 169 Hwy and 5 miles South of Paola.

Ottawa has an excellent school system, and also offers college education options
including the Ottawa branch of Neosho County Community College as well as Ottawa University.
Garnett is located 30 miles south of Paola. It has over 1,000 acres of parks, a golf
course and three lakes. Garnett also offers a beautiful, traditional town square
and new High School.
